I bought this razor recently and have only two shaves. But it already feels so good. I had been using plastic razors in the past. This one is a huge improvement from those plastic razors. It is aggressive and gives a smooth shave. It is when its price, in my opinion.

I love the look of this razor. The fit and fitness are just shy of the very beautiful Parker razors but this Pearl looks great. It has the right amount of heft and I wanted a long-handled TTO. The black-colored handle is unique and attractive. This razor is on the aggressive side. Very close to the Schone made by Fatip. If you want a hefty, well-made twist to open, add an attractive razor..this is a great option. I love mine. Let the razor glide and do its job.

Well-balanced and shaves close. You certainly know that the blade is there, and it’s advisable to be light on the hand. But there but it’s not that much aggressive. More very effective in what it does. Looks nice and the handle has some pattern that gives you a proper grip. All in all an excellent razor and the only modern TTO razor with an open comb design.

I was very skeptic of buying an open comb razor; fearing it’s agressiveness. I already owned a Pearl closed butterfly razor and I found it to be really neat to shave with. However, with the closed comb I felt that it did not give me the complete shaving experience I expected; missed a lot of areas on the face where the beard had to be shaved. After reviewing many razors on YouTube; this was the only butterfly razor that was opened comb and I decided to take the risk and buy it on the website. I am just pleasantly surprised; got my delivery before the expected date and in the box was not just this amazing looking razor but a set of blades, a wipe cloth and a stand for it!
The razor is well built and is really nice to hold with the grip on the handle; easy to maneuver while shaving gets the job done in 2 passes on a weeks growth of beard which in my case is a little more than a stubble. Still was afraid of using it for the first time because all I heard about open comb razors is that they are agressive. Well to my experience really depends on your shaving technique; open comb razors are for a thicker beard growth and not for beginners; my verdict mildly agressive not for a daily shave
