I bought this and a brush as a gift to my friend. Some days ago i bought the L55 close+open comb combo for myself. Excellent quality made in india product. Very good for daily shave. Smooth, mild razor. I think blade exposure is 0 or very slightly +. I was using cartridges and also feather popular razor. This gives better closeness than feather. Now i use this daily. Suitable for everyone, especially beginners and those who want to transition from cartridges to DE shaving. Pearl support is responsive and very good. Wilkinson sword, 7 o clock permasharp, 7 o clock super platinum goes very well with this razor.

I like leaving my beard on for a while sometimes m It earlier meant I was forced to go to the barber since normal 5 blade razors in vogue these days would obviously not be able to take it. This razor though works like a charm.
I did initially had a few scratches since I had never used this type of razor before but that got sorted after a couple of uses. Satisfied with the results overall.
