Just okay, average built quality, extremely aggressive head, this is my 4th PEARL RAZOR but I would like to say that this has a different head than the two-piece black razor and it’s much more aggressive than that PEARL RAZOR which I bought from the pearl site, to find the shaving angle is a bit tricky, not for the new wet shavers, however, the only good thing is the colorful handle I like it

Quality is good, and it’s nice to use it , it gives good shave than the use and throw shavers.

Definitely yes for the beginners. It is smooth, mild, and safe with minimum blade gap.The razor has one closed comb head.The blade over hangs on both narrow side of the razor.The quality of chrome coating is good and handle is sturdy.I started my wet shaving DE safety razor shaving with this razor.The beginners can definitely try this.If you can spend little more then go for pearl L55 it gives you open & close comb heads.Once graduate on close comb you can try the open comb. Not sure of spending more settle for this razor.The pack of blade provided is very unforgiving using it may dissuade the new comers.I am using 7 oclock perma sharp blade and a little almond hair oil or any hair oil on the beards before gives smooth cuts free shave.
